The bill to regulate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors will become law January 1, 2010. Then the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) will have the year of 2010 to develop the rules and regulations, which will implement the law. Until these rules and regulations are approved, neither the BBS nor the CCCL can respond to questions about the implementation of the law. The following answers to questions are limited to language in the bill. |
